As a 1st time building, the whole process is quite overwhelming for us. But we are so happy with our decision to go with CSB. It is not easy to summarize the whole experience in a comment, very grateful to Gianna, Beth, Rachel, Alex, Kivy and everyone else at CSB that build our house, so so happy at the practical inspection date. I had the pleasure of meeting Daniel at Leppington! Daniel has immense knowledge regarding the building game. He was well versed in so many aspects of building and land.

It was nice to see that Daniel actually believes in the product he sells. His story where his own personal family home he grew up as a kid being built by CSB was quite touching.

Daniel spent the time and effort to always follow up . Didn’t feel like I was a KPI, I genuinely felt he cared for my needs.

I recommend those looking for a home and land package , build to consult with Daniel.

Such a well spoken , genuine consultant . Very rare to find in this day and age .

If I had one word to describe our building journey with CSB Homes, it’s would be AMAZING!

From the beginning when we started this journey, CSB were helpful, no questions we had were to silly.. being first home buyers and builders we had lot of guidance throughout from the team.

Our build is better than we could have expected, the extra details and care that the team took in building our home really show. The team is very knowledgeable and professional!

My partner and I would like to thank each and every team member at CSB Homes, we would like to personally thank, Sandros, Gianna, Rachel, Alex & Kivi. Thank you for being part of our building journey, we have enjoyed it very much… might miss it a little haha!

As a first time home owner and , choosing to build was always going to be a very anxious experience. However i must thank the team at CSB immensely for the time and efforts they have put in to make this experience worthwhile. Firstly, a massive thanks to both Marco and Daniel, during the initial phases, taking out time continuously and providing professional and useful advice that enabled a very clear understanding of the total build process. I recommend their service 1000 times as it is personalized and accurate. Further, massive thanks is to be given to both Gianna and Sandro for their continuous support during the initial phases in particular, which helped me become a lot more comfortable and settled though all the moving parts involved in building a house. A massive thanks must be made to designer Beth and Christen for their ongoing support and responsiveness to the changes made.

As we begin the journey of designing our first home, we spent a lot of time researching builders. Finally, we met Daniel from CSB Homes, and he exceeded our expectations. Daniel empathetically put himself in our shoes, always listening to our ideas and striving to give his best. He customized plans to fit both our budget and our dreams, which is exactly what we needed as clients.

We also had the pleasure of meeting Marco, the son of CSB Home's Director. Marco took us on a thorough tour of one of their construction sites, explaining everything about design, engineering, and structure in detail. Both Daniel and Marco made our decision to choose CSB Homes easy.

Although we are in the inital stage of the building process yet, we're so confident in our choice. We'll keep this review updated as we progress. Thank you, Daniel and Marco, for your exceptional service and friendliness. CSB Home truly has the best person, Daniel, on the frontline for client relations. He is the man !!!. We started building our home with CSB homes end of October 2022 and got our keys mid September 2023. This was our first time building a house and we had lots of questions but ladies at the office: Gianna, Cristen and Rachel were always happy to assist.
During the construction they communicated with us in a timely manner and kept the site clean and tidy. I like how both Sandro and Gianna are 100% involved in their business and they look after their clients in every way. Gianna is a really lovely lady, approachable and patient. She helped us a lot throughout the process and especially in the final stage organising stuff with the bank and OC. Rachel was also really helpful during our internal colour selection and gave an honest opinion for the stuff we were not sure about.

We're extremely grateful they let us to customise our home so they definitely do have a Personal approach. We moved few walls to add extra shower, wardrobe and to close the office space, the whole process was easy with them and the results are amazing. We love how they used every single corner of the house to add extra storage.
Big thanks to Alex as well who put effort in providing a detailed updates when asked and his walkthrough at the practical completion was 10 out of 10. He spent lots of time going through all details with us. There were only few minor touch ups that had to be done but they dealt with it in a few days and we got our keys. We moved into our home 3 weeks ago and we are absolutely enjoying it. The quality of their work is impeccable and we will definitely recommend them to our friends and family. I had to email them few minor problems and the response is not fast but super fast and solution within a week. Very impressed. Well done guys 👏👏
